Claude Scratchpad Workflow

This is the default operating model now.

Role split​

  • Claude = scratchpad for ideation, framing, rough PRD notes
  • Hank + Max = review, implementation, and compounding via Compound Engineering
  • GitHub = source of truth for handoff and execution tracking

Handoff requirements​

Every handoff from scratchpad to execution should include:

  • objective
  • scope boundaries
  • acceptance criteria
  • risk notes
  • test expectations

Why this model​

  • less ceremony
  • faster shipping
  • clearer ownership
  • still preserves quality gates through delivery standards
